“Getting it right and getting it across” are the two main objectives of the Network Ministry Training Course.  It aims to equip men and women for more effective leadership in their ministry contexts. The course provides ideal training for church lay assistants, lay leaders and para-church workers.  Some participants are moving towards Christian ministry, some are taking a gap year to explore God’s call on their lives, some already have a regular teaching role within their church.

The Network Ministry Training Course has been running for five years with over 100 students from more than 30 churches in Wales taking part.

The Network course has four main components:

* Principles of Bible handling illustrated from different Bible books

* Overview of the Bible and basic Christian beliefs

* Study of core ministry issues with practical workshops

* Understanding Leadership, Evangelism and Mission

 The course is open to men and women with evangelical convictions of all ages and from all Christian denominations. All those who have a desire to understand the Bible better in order to teach it more effectively in their own ministry contexts are welcome.
