The world is full of stories about the impact of a living faith in the workplace – on the Christians acting out their faith; on their colleagues; on the organisation; on all its stakeholders. On Tuesday 18 September, members of Christian groups in Welsh workplaces, church leaders and individual Christians will gather to share experiences, to support and help each other, and to wonder how much more significant the impact of our faith could be.
John Kay of TransformWork UK is organising and facilitating this event, but says that all those on the CICC database are welcome to attend. John says: ‘Why not come and join us? Whatever the nature of your faith or your relationship with God, be you an expert or a novice in faith at work, you will be welcome.’
The meeting will be held in the offices of the Open University in central Cardiff (which has a car park, and is near to both bus and railway stations). Attendees will be gathering from 6.00pm for a 6.30 start, and formal proceedings will end by 8.30pm, after which there will be more time for an informal chat.
TransformWork UK are seeking to engage with more people in Wales who might be thinking about starting a Christian group at their workplace, or may simply be wanting to find a channel through which they can explore the application of their faith to their work. If you too are interested but cannot attend the meeting (or even if you can) drop John a line and start a discussion with him at
