CICC Cafe: Leadership

Are you in a leadership role in business or in the public sector or in a church?

This CICC Cafe is creating a mutually supportive network of colleagues who are keen to understand and work out a Christian worldview in the challenging role of leadership and organisations.

The launch event took place on 21 April, taking the form of a reception and an interactive conversation to clarify the vision and to develop the form the Cafe will take over time.  The decision was to continue the Cafes, combining Bible-based input from organisational leaders together with mutual sharing and support in personal leadership challenges.

If you want an incentive to attend, please check out one member’s blog after he attended the first session.  Read it here.

The dates for the future Leadership Cafes are below and they will commence with a light buffet at 6pm.  NB – you need to register for EACH date that you wish to attend, to make sure we cater and plan accordingly.

The Cafe is sponsored by Mel Knight, who is Executive Chairman of the Castle Oak Group, and a deacon in his local church.  His company is the UK’s leading name in the development, design and construction of accommodation for people requiring care, and has consistently performed well in the Sunday Times’ Best Companies award.
