How can churches become communities that envision, equip and support their people to be fruitful on their daily frontlines – wherever those are?
Imagine church being a whole-life disciple-making movement!
Neil Hudson, the Imagine Project Director at the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, will be leading this day-time training workshop for church leaders and leadership teams who want to help create whole-life disciplemaking churches.
Due to popular demand, the day is a repeat of the one done last October, to make the opportunity available to a wider circle. If you missed the last opportunity, then this is your chance, or if you came last time, you could come again, with your whole team! South Wales Baptist Association are hosting the event, but, given the topic, they have agreed to do this in partnership with CICC, and to open it up to everyone!
During the workshop, Neil will be exploring the biblical vision and the practical principles and process he’s been learning in his work with churches of different sizes and denominations across the nation and offering a clear framework for moving forward.
What are the implications for leaders and leadership teams who want to create a missional disciplemaking community? How have people grown in confidence to make a difference on their frontlines? What’s helped? What’s hindered? What keeps it going? What resources can help? And how can you discern the right first steps to take in your own particular context?
Naturally, individual delegates are more than welcome, but, given the nature and vital importance of the topic, it’s often more helpful if leaders can come with others from the same church.
